Common questions about therapy
-
My rates are $225 per 55 minute session and $350 per 85 minute intake session. Couples and family sessions are $350 per 85 minute session. I believe that therapy should be accessible to everyone, and I have a limited number of sliding scale spots in my practice to offer to clients who are unable to pay my full fee. These spots are based on your income; you may inquire further if you are in need of a sliding scale spot.
-
Yes! While my preference is in person, I do offer appointments via telehealth services as well.
-
Unfortunately no. Due to the dismal payout rates and delays that insurance companies feel they can bully providers with because they’ve gotten big enough to have, it has not been worth the time or effort it would take to begin accepting insurance. However if your plan provides benefits for out of network providers I can provide a super bills or receipt after sessions that you can give to your insurance for reimbursement.
