For me, the healing touch of massage is very important. Our bodies hold onto both physical and emotional trauma, and massage can be very effective to promote the healing of the body and mind. In my practice, I focus on full relaxation massage in addition to deep tissue and trigger point therapy, which can be very effective in releasing muscular tension, pain and trauma.

With a passion for helping people heal their body and mind, I have always been interested in learning about the body and discovering natural ways to facilitate healing. With an education in massage from Alexandar School of Natural Therapeutics in Tacoma, my goal is to help people achieve physical and emotional wellness through therapeutic massage.
