At this time we do not take insurance unfortunately. However each of our providers can provide a super bill or receipt for their services that can be provided to your insurance for reimbursement if covered by your benefits.

Psychotherapy rates are $175 per 55 minute session and $255 per 85 minute session. Massage therapy rates are $120 for a 60 minute massage, $145 for a 75-minute massage, $175 for a 90-minute massage, and $230 for 120 minutes.

For Psychotherapy the first session is an intake focused on getting a background and developing a plan for treatment moving forward. For Massage Therapy your first visit will involve filling out a health history if you haven't done one online, then beginning treatment for whatever was brought in.

Time will tell! There's no identical path through therapy for everyone, but it can look like a couple sessions to a couple years. The most important part is finding the therapist that works for you and sticking with it!
